Four people have been killed on the occupied West Bank on Sunday, announces the Palestinian health department. Israel announces an attack that killed four "terrorists".
The attack took place in the village of Siir, according to the health department. The Palestinian Red Crescent states that Israeli forces prevented the organization from reaching the site.
Israel's military and security service Shin Bet states in a joint statement that a "terror cell" responsible for several shootings has been "eliminated".
