An explosion at an ammunition depot near Syria's capital Damascus is believed to have claimed over ten lives. This is reported by the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR). The explosion has not been confirmed by independent sources.
The ammunition depot was located in the industrial area of Adra, which is about three miles outside Damascus city center.
SOHR claims that an Israeli attack may have been behind the explosion, which is denied by a spokesperson for the Israeli military, according to the French news agency AFP.
