Multinational force supporting Ukraine to hold first exercise in Poland in November

A multinational force supporting Ukraine will hold its first exercise in November.

According to a joint statement from France and Britain, the exercise will take place in Poland from November 9 to 22.

Some 2,800 soldiers from ten countries, including Sweden, will take part in the exercise.

The Multinational Force for Ukraine (MNF-U), launched last year, has no offensive purpose and will only be deployed once a ceasefire to end the war is in effect.
