MSF says it is a "worrying trend" to block humanitarian and civilian access to disputed or opposition-controlled areas, and that all sides in the intense civil conflict are exploiting aid militarily and politically.
In a report, MSF writes that the government has blocked its access to the town of Akobo in Jonglei state, where fighting has recently taken place.
