During the night and morning, a power outage has affected Skavsta airport outside Nyköping, which has led to two incoming flights being delayed, reports Aftonbladet.

The reason is a fault at Vattenfall, which was caused by a mouse.

When technicians arrived on the scene, they found a mouse that had crawled into the substation. It was a live part that was switched off and the mouse died, says Heidi Stenström, press secretary at Vattenfall, to the newspaper.

Technicians are now working to restore the power and the hope is that the problems will be resolved by 10 am.
