The largest increase is in motorhomes, where 355 vehicles were registered in March, which can be compared to 221 motorhomes in the same month last year.
So far in 2025, a total of 559 motorhomes have been registered, compared to 352 during the same period in 2024, an increase of 59 percent.
"We see an increased interest in mobile living, where more and more people appreciate the flexibility and range of uses of motorhomes, from overnight stays during theater visits, children's sports cups or long trips in Europe. This, combined with a stronger currency and the abolition of the malus tax for motorhomes, means that more people are now daring to invest," says HRF's chairman Per Nilsson in a press release.
When it comes to caravans, 140 were registered in March, which can be compared to 154 caravans in the same month last year.
