Jess Glynne's "Hold my hand" is the summer's most popular song on Tiktok – both in Sweden and the world.

The song, which was released in 2015, is the undisputed number one on the app's list of the most played songs in the summer of 2025. The song, which has become a phenomenon with the hashtag #nothingbeatsajet2holiday and which was initially included in a commercial for a travel company, has exploded during the summer and been played over nine million times.

This song is so close to my heart and seeing it get a whole new life with all the users on Tiktok has been completely surreal, says Jess Glynne in a press release from Tiktok.

Second on the global list is Black Eyed Peas' "Rock that body" and third is Fantomel x Kate Linn's "Dame un grrr".

In Sweden, "Hold my hand" is followed by Jeezy feat Akon's "Soul survivor" followed by Black Eyed Peas' "Rock that body" in third place.

On the Swedish list, Håkan Hellström's "Det kommer aldrig va över för mig" can also be found in seventh place, followed by Tove Lo's "No one dies from love", Nic & The Family's "Djungelvrål" and Veronica Maggio's "Svart sommar".
