One of McDonald's burgers has long served as a global price benchmark - the Big Mac Index. But the price can vary widely because each franchisee sets their own prices.
Sydsvenskan has mapped Big Mac prices at all of Sweden's approximately 200 McDonald's restaurants and notes that the country's cheapest Big Mac is found in Skåne: Lund, Lomma, Trelleborg, Ystad and Hyllinge. Price: 60 kronor.
Skåne is also home to the country's most expensive Big Mac city: Malmö, where the burger is 17 kronor more expensive than in Lund.
But the most expensive Big Mac is in the Nordby shopping center, near the Norwegian border in Bohuslän. Price: 95 kronor. It is also expensive in the Lindvallen ski area in Sälen: 89 kronor.
