More than 75 women who worked at Harrods receive full compensation from fund after allegations against al-Fayed

Nearly 200 other people have also requested compensation.

Egyptian billionaire al-Fayed, who died in 2023, was accused in a BBC documentary of multiple cases of rape and assault after testimonies from over 20 women who worked at the exclusive department store from the 1980s onwards.

In addition to Harrods, he also owned Premier League football club Fulham and the exclusive Ritz hotel in Paris.
