According to the newspaper, police have found traces at slaughter sites that allow them to conclude that elk hunting was carried out by hunters using at least two scooters. They are said to have been used to pursue and shoot two elk.

The incident is being investigated as a serious hunting crime, which can result in a prison sentence of six months to four years, as well as revocation of the firearms license.
