A swinging journey is promised – with songs from her collaborations with Hasse & Tage, Beppe Wolgers, Povel Ramel and Bill Evans.
The performance ”Simple, beautiful, tender – a tribute to Monica” is performed by Frida Öhrn and Carl Bagge starting in Malmö on February 18.
According to the organizers, several of Monica Zetterlund's original arrangements have been retrieved from the archives, written by Lasse Bagge who played with Monica Zetterlund for many years. Now the arrangements get new life in the hands of his son Carl Bagge.
The tour has stops in, among other places, Stockholm, Göteborg, Norrköping and Karlstad.
