The lawyer Amira Smajic, main person in the noted Danish documentary series "The Black Swan", has been sentenced to three months' imprisonment for having falsified documents, reports Ritzau.

One month of the sentence is unconditional imprisonment and the remaining two are conditional.

In the documentary, shown on SVT Play, the lawyer poses as a mole for investigative journalists on Danish Tv2.

She herself has said that she did this as an attempt to break with her old life. With the help of hidden cameras, connections between Denmark's top echelons and the underworld are revealed.

According to the indictment, she has drawn up a false employment contract that was submitted to the court to get a hairdressing company declared bankrupt. She is also alleged to have lied to a court official.

The lawyer is already suspected of a crime in another case, which involves fraud and forgery. She denies the crime.
