A man in his 30s has been found dead in the mountains near Björkliden in Lapland, close to the Norwegian border, the police write on their website.
The man was reported missing on Thursday after he failed to return home after a snowmobile trip. The police decided to search for the man and he was later found dead.
The police are currently investigating the incident as a traffic accident to examine the circumstances.
Relatives have been informed.
