One of the geese from the bronze statue "Boy with geese" in the castle park in Malmö that disappeared in April has been found by German police in Hamburg, reports P4 Malmöhus.
It is in a box down there, so right now we are in dialogue with the police and will try to get it home, says Anders Winblad, head of the property and street office in Malmö to the channel.
It was during the Easter weekend that someone sawed the statue and two geese disappeared, a few days later a boy in bronze from the statue also disappeared. Left on the site was a lone third goose along with the feet of its missing companions.
It is currently unclear where the other parts of the statue are located.
