She was supposed to perform at Grebbestad Live this summer, but is now being replaced by Björn Rosenström & Det Jävla Bandet, the festival announces on its Facebook page, according to Aftonbladet.
Aftonbladet was the first to report that Rasmus Gozzi, the producer behind Fröken Snusk, has replaced the artist wearing the significant pink mask. And many have contacted and want their tickets refunded since then, according to Grebbestad Live.
"We are convinced that the new Fröken Snusk will succeed in time, but we dare not take the risk with such short notice", the organizer writes in a press release.
Previously, Hotell Årjäng has announced that they do not want the new artist behind the mask – and the festival Åseda Truckmeet also cancelled what they called a "Fake Fröken Snusk".
