The words come from a hymn written by Ingemar Olsson in 1978.
He emailed Mio to tell her that song titles cannot simply be used because they may be protected by copyright.
When you start making money, then there is a copyright, Ingemar Olsson tells Kyrkans Tidning.
In a written response, Mio writes: "We are confident that short lines of text of this kind are not protected by copyright, regardless of whether they are song titles or not. Given our contact with Ingemar, however, we have chosen, as an expression of goodwill, to stop selling the product in question once we have sold out of the stock we already have."
Ingemar Olsson has now sought help from his trade unions, the Writers’ Union and the Swedish Composers and Lyricists’ Association, Skap, to seek compensation.
