The explosion occurred on Sunday night in Brandbergen. Several neighbors reported a loud bang.
A minor was arrested on Monday on suspicion of carrying out the explosion, prosecutor Kajsa Frisk told the newspaper.
Because the suspect is a minor, he is no longer being detained by police. According to the prosecutor, authorities are now working to find any possible clients, instigators or accomplices.
No one was injured in the incident. The prosecutor could not answer questions about who was targeted.
