Minnesota tightens grip on Dallas with 4-2 win in Stanley Cup playoffs, leads series 3-2

Minnesota goalie Jesper Wallstedt had a rough start in last night's game in Texas. The home team only had five shots on goal in the first period, but one went over the Swedish goalie's left shin guard.

Minnesota continued to dominate the game before Dallas woke up in the third period, but Minnesota managed to both hold off Dallas and add to the score with an empty-net goal. The final score was 4–2 and Minnesota now leads the series 3–2.

Jesper Wallstedt made a total of 20 saves in last night's match.
