The travel advice is valid until further notice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced. The decision on the advice was made on Tuesday.
Non-essential travel refers to tourist and visitor travel.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has previously advised against non-essential travel to Israel, Palestine and Iran.
