Minister for Infrastructure Andreas Carlson (KD) is traveling during the day to Västernorrland due to the heavy rainfall that has caused washed away roads and derailed trains.
At 5 pm, he will participate in a press conference together with the Transport Administration in Härnösand, and will later visit affected areas in Kramfors.
”The Transport Administration has activated crisis management for road and railway. The agency is collaborating closely with other actors. The focus is on restoring the larger roads and smaller roads where those affected lack alternative roads”, writes Carlson on X.
