Two people died and two others were trapped when the mine collapsed on March 25.
One survivor was rescued after five days, but for the other it was a long wait to be rescued.
After two weeks of around-the-clock work, the man was finally found and brought out by rescue workers on Tuesday evening, local time.
"Incredibly, and fortunately, he was still alive," said President Claudia Sheinbaum during a press conference.
