The review of the failed launch of the journal system Millennium will cost Västra Götaland Region at least 3.7 million kronor, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
According to the agreement with the consulting firm KPMG, the maximum amount for the review is set to five million kronor.
Millennium began to be implemented at, among others, Södra Älvsborg Hospital in Borås in mid-November, but was stopped already after three days due to technical problems and loud protests from the staff.
The external review that has been set up will provide a picture of what went wrong during the launch. A first draft is expected to be ready as early as December 10.
