Two employees at Microsoft are fired after they, along with five other people, broke into the office of one of the company's board members, Brad Smith.
The seven people are said to have protested and demanded that Microsoft immediately terminate its business with Israel, writes CNBC. Recently, the newspaper The Guardian reported that the Israeli military has used Microsoft's cloud services to collect phone calls from Palestinians in connection with the Gaza war.
Since then, there have been a number of protests against Microsoft, including in connection with the company's 50th anniversary celebrations.
