The actor Mickey Rourke has been kicked out of the British celebrity version of the reality series "Big Brother". This since he behaved badly towards other participants, according to the production, as reported by BBC.

Earlier in the week, Rourke, 72 years old, expressed himself in a homophobic manner towards singer Jojo Siwa, when he asked if she was interested in girls or boys and when she replied "girls", Rourke said she "won't be gay for long" if he gets to stay in the house.

He continued with several homophobic comments after that and received a warning from the production. Rourke then apologized and claimed he "didn't have bad intentions".

Now he is being kicked out after being "threatening and aggressive" towards another participant, Chris Hughes, who is a sports commentator on British TV, when the two were to perform a task together.

TV company ITV states in a statement that all participants must follow the rules of respect and inclusion and that they receive information about this before filming starts.
