The 24-year-old got to play over 26 minutes and was credited with two assists and three rebounds. He made two out of a total of three attempts at three-pointers.
Miami has secured a spot in the playoffs (placement 7–10) from the Eastern Conference, but is now fighting to get a more favorable placement.
Tenth-placed Miami (36 wins/43 losses) faces ninth-placed Chicago (36/42) on the road on Wednesday.
