When Miami visited Oklahoma last Sunday, they lost 112-124, the Florida team's third loss in a row. Then as now, Pelle Larsson scored 16 points.
In tonight's home game, it was the Heat, in eighth place in the Eastern Conference, who came out on top after a dramatic game. They thus broke a five-game winning streak for the reigning champions, who lead the Western Conference by a wide margin.
Larsson led the Heat with 16 points, two assists, three rebounds and a steal in 30 minutes.
"I wasn't as tired as I have been in recent games. I'm back in good match shape after the injuries," Larsson told Aftonbladet.
Oklahoma's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 39 points, his 113th consecutive game with 20-plus points, still short of Wilt Chamberlain's record (126) from 1961-63.
