According to the filing submitted to a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, 32-year-old Goth and 40-year-old LaBeouf have been separated since July 2025.
The couple met while filming “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II” in 2012 and married in 2016. They had split up before, and in 2018 they announced they were divorcing. However, they remained married and reunited in 2020. They had a daughter in 2022.
As in most divorces in the United States, irreconcilable differences were cited as the reason for the split.
