The campaign features Mexican World Cup players from 1986, the last time the country hosted the World Cup.
"The campaign aims to raise awareness among fans about the importance of supporting the Mexican national team with cheers and not with the discriminatory chants that FIFA punishes," the Mexican federation said in a statement.
Mexico and South Africa will meet in the opening match of the World Cup in Mexico City on June 11. The World Cup will also be held in the United States and Canada.
