According to the news agency, tests of the AI chip have been ongoing for six weeks and have not revealed any major issues. The chip design was done in collaboration with Broadcom, while TSMC has contributed to the production process.
Meta, which expects to invest $145 billion in AI infrastructure by 2026, has not commented on the report.
