The men met the children at a shopping mall outside Sundsvall in April. According to the indictment, the children were offered money to commit a murder.
One of the children told their parents about the incident and a police report was filed, reported Sundsvalls Tidning.
The two men were later arrested and are now charged with conspiracy to commit murder and with involving a minor in a crime. Both deny the charges.
