Melwin Lycke Holm shows top form – but not in high jump. At a competition in Lund, the 20-year-old struck with a whole 7.79 in long jump. A new personal best with 24 centimeters.
With the giant leap, Lycke Holm took home first place in the competition and it also makes him Sweden's second-best this year.
Victory was also achieved in the high jump where the talent won with 2.13.
Melwin Lycke Holm is included in national team captain Kajsa Bergqvist's squad for the European Championship in Madrid on June 27-29. There, however, the Swede will compete in his regular event, high jump.
