Just like last year, Meira Omar made it to the final via the qualifiers. Then with "Hush Hush" - now with "Dooset Daram", which she performed in Malmö last week.

It feels really, really fun. I'm so happy to be doing this again, Meira Omar said to TT.

Meira Omar - who became known to Swedes when she found love on Netflix's "Love Is Blind" in 2024 - admits without hesitation that she had butterflies in her stomach before the final spot became a fact.

Even though you feel "of course you want to go there" (to the final), you are extremely nervous and shaky in the green room, she said.

It was even more nerve-wracking for Robin Bengtsson, who had to wait almost 20 minutes before it became clear he had taken second place in the final with "Honey Honey", which he performed in Gothenburg.

I've said it: I have not been this nervous in the green room in Mello. Possibly in 2017, the last ten seconds before I won; otherwise this was... It was really nerve-wracking, Robin Bengtsson said to TT.

He won in 2017 with "I Can't Go On" and then finished fifth in the Eurovision Song Contest. And now he's in the final of Melodifestivalen for the fifth time.

Melodifestivalen's "child of sorrow", the slimmed-down Andra chansen, has been a qualifier for the final for a couple of years and is now part of the final round. There, the five entries that finished third in each semi-final competed for the last two places in the final.

To the final:

Meira Omar - "Dooset Daram"

Robin Bengtsson - "Honey Honey"

Eliminated:

Eva Jumatate - "Selfish"

Jacqueline - "Woman"

Alexa - "Tongue Tied"
