The Swedish Medical Association and the counterpart SKR/Sobona have agreed to seek the help of mediators to reach an agreement on doctors' wages and terms, according to a press release from the Medical Association.
The Swedish Medical Association believes that the bids presented by SKR so far contain significant deteriorations of the current terms in the agreement.
The current agreement expired on March 31 and negotiations between the parties have been ongoing since then.
