Anna Kinberg Batra, Governor of Stockholm, promised to investigate the work environment at the County Administrative Board in Stockholm.

When nothing happened, the chief safety representative filed a complaint with the Work Environment Authority – which now announces that it will not take further action.

The union is strongly critical of Kinberg Batra's leadership and the work environment at the County Administrative Board, and the chief safety representative requested two measures from the Work Environment Authority in the complaint: Firstly, that the promised internal work environment investigation would begin, and secondly, that a former manager, who was dismissed by Anna Kinberg Batra, would be allowed to participate in the investigation.

However, after an inspection at the County Administrative Board, the Work Environment Authority believes that it does not have legal grounds to take a stance on the matter. Whether the decision will be appealed or taken further to another instance is unclear.

TT has contacted the chief safety representative and responsible parties at the Work Environment Authority.
