Dagens Medicin has mapped out which regions offer the vaccine free to adults. For Stockholm residents, the vaccine will be free from September, and in Uppsala and Blekinge for anyone who lacks protection against the disease.
In Jönköping, the measles vaccine is free for those who have not previously received two doses, while vaccination in Sörmland and Västmanland is free until the end of September and October, respectively.
In Halland it is already free, and in Norrbotten free vaccination against measles is offered after medical assessment.
In Värmland, Skåne, Västra Götaland region and Dalarna, adults pay between SEK 105 and 320 per dose.
