Dagens Medicin has mapped out which regions offer the vaccine free for adults. For people in Stockholm, the vaccine will be free from September, and in Uppsala and Blekinge for anyone who lacks protection against the disease.
In Jönköping, the measles vaccine is free for those who have not previously received two doses, while vaccination in Sörmland and Västmanland is free until the end of September and October, respectively.
In Halland it has already been free, and in Norrbotten and the Västra Götaland region, free vaccination against measles is offered after medical assessment.
In Värmland, Skåne and Dalarna, adults pay between 105 and 320 SEK per dose.
