It's frustrating at Real Madrid right now. Heavy point losses in two consecutive league matches have given Barcelona a dream opportunity to snatch the league title from "Los Blancos", and a 0-3 deficit against Arsenal ahead of the Champions League quarterfinal return leg.

And maybe it was that frustration that boiled over for the team's attacking star Kylian Mbappé.

In the 38th minute, the Frenchman made a really nasty tackle on the home team's Antonio Blanco. With a straight leg and full force, the 26-year-old charged in and set his studs in his opponent's shin, who immediately screamed out in pain.

Initially, Mbappé got away with a yellow card, but after a few minutes of VAR review, it was changed to a red one.

Real Madrid were leading the match 1-0 at the time, after Eduardo Camavinga opened the scoring. There were no more goals in the match.
