"The recall is being carried out as a precautionary measure after our quality checks identified a risk of small plastic pieces in a production batch of the product," Lantmännen writes in a press release.
The recall only applies to 360-gram packages with a best before date of July 31, 2027, and therefore does not apply to crispy green nuggets purchased at one of Max's restaurants.
"Sales of the affected batch have been stopped at all retailers," writes Lantmännen.
