Authorities in Mexico have made a huge seizure of methamphetamine in raids on five drug laboratories in the state of Michoacan de Ocampo, according to AFP.
In total, nearly 42 tons have been seized, in one of the largest seizures in the country so far. It is estimated to be worth the equivalent of 530 million kronor.
The seizure comes at the same time as the President of the USA, Donald Trump, has put pressure on Mexico to intensify the work against drug smuggling and the drug cartels.
