Video clips show large fires and huge clouds of smoke from the company's facilities in the cities of Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk.
At least eight people were injured, according to Russian authorities. The governor of the Krasnodar region said one of them died in hospital.
On Telegram, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy claims that the facilities helped supply the Russian military with components for drone manufacturing.
Just a few days ago, Ukraine attacked two other warehouses belonging to Wildberries, one of Russia's largest e-commerce companies.
At the same time, one person is reported to have been killed in an attack on a Russian oil terminal.
