A mass grave with 34 bodies has been found in the Mexican state of Jalisco in the western part of the country.
The mass grave was discovered during the work on a construction project, says the state's prosecutor Salvador González at a press conference.
It was first found in February. Since then, investigators have worked with ground radar and dogs in the search for bodies.
In the state, there is the narcotics cartel Jalisco nueva generación, which has been classified by the USA as a terrorist organization.
Mexico is severely plagued by gang violence and more than 480,000 people have been killed since 2006.
