The victims, members of two extended families, were only recently found under the rubble of residential buildings in the Sabra district, reports the BBC.

The funeral is said to be the largest ever held in Gaza.
Forty-four children, 38 women and seven people with disabilities were among the dead.
The Israeli attacks were carried out six weeks after October 7, 2023, when the terrorist group Hamas attacked southern Israel and more than 1,200 people were killed.
