Australia's national team attacker Mary Fowler tore one of her cruciate ligaments in Manchester City's FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on Sunday.
Now, Fowler is facing a longer break. She can expect six to eight months of rehabilitation.
The 22-year-old Fowler has played for Manchester City since 2022.
