Høiby is charged with 40 crimes, including four counts of rape. The seven-week trial ended in March and a verdict is expected in June.
The "Bonus Prince" has been in custody since the beginning of February. On Wednesday, the district court will decide whether he will be allowed to spend the remaining time in custody in ankle shackles at the Crown Prince couple's home in Skaugum.
