In the quarter-finals of the 1986 World Cup, the superstar scored a controversial goal that he later said was scored “a little with Maradona’s head and a little with the hand of God.” Argentina won the match and the World Cup.

Furthermore, it is the same ball that Maradona scored the “goal of the century” with in the same match.

Now the ball is expected to go under the hammer for $10 million, equivalent to 95 million kronor.

The ball has already been sold once, by the same referee who approved the famous World Cup goal. Maradona's football shirt from the same match has also fetched millions at auction.
