At least 32 people have been injured in a Russian attack in Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine, the governor Oleg Synegubov said on Telegram, according to AFP. It is the third attack in the region in as many days.
Two of the injured are children and at least six people are being treated in hospital.
Several buildings and cars are said to be on fire. 48 people had to be evacuated after a high-rise building was filled with smoke during the attack.
