Murder suspect Luigi Mangione's lawyers this week said he had "extreme emotional disturbances" when the CEO of United Healthcare was shot dead in New York in 2024.
Now the defense is changing its mind, announcing that it will no longer pursue a defense tactic based on claims that Mangione was suffering from those disorders at the time of the incident.
