Manchester United acquires Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern München, confirms the English club on its website.
de Ligt has signed a contract until 2029, and is reunited with coach Erik ten Hag from the Ajax era.
"ten Hag knows how to get the best out of me and I look forward to working with him again", says the 25-year-old centre-back in a statement.
The 26-year-old Mazraoui has signed until 2028.
"It's an incredible feeling to be a Manchester United player, and I look forward to going out on Old Trafford in the red jersey", says Mazraoui.
Manchester United begins the Premier League season on Friday against Fulham at home.
