The Discrimination Ombudsman (DO) says in a press release that the incident allegedly occurred during a Christmas party. The manager allegedly rubbed his hand over the employee's back and buttocks, among other things. Despite her repeatedly speaking out and reporting the harassment to other managers, the manager continued the abuse until he was thrown out of the party.
The woman is said to have been on sick leave after the incident. The DO notes that the company has not attempted to investigate what happened or to change the woman's working situation to avoid further contact with her manager.
