He is now in police custody and will be questioned as soon as it is practically possible, says Knut Lutro, acting head of the police's intelligence and investigation unit during a press conference on Sunday.

One person was shot and injured during the shooting. A brief interview has been held with the injured person, who is still being treated at the hospital with serious injuries, announces the Oslo police.

When it comes to the incident itself, we have a relatively good overview of what happened inside the center itself, says Knut Lutro.

The police assess the incident as a settlement between criminals. The brawl started with a fight between several people, and in connection with this, a person pulled out a weapon and fired several shots.

According to Lutro, it was supposed to have been a planned meeting that then escalated.
