The man was taken to hospital by ambulance and is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
We received witness reports that a man had fallen over a balcony railing. The witness said it 'didn't look completely natural,' says police spokesperson Ola Österling.
The alarm came at 2:30 a.m. When police entered the apartment, three men aged 35 to 40 were arrested.
"We suspect they threw him over the railing. There had been some kind of party going on since late afternoon," says Österling.
The crime scene has been cordoned off for a forensic examination. Police have also questioned witnesses to the incident, which is being investigated as attempted murder.
